Initial Contact
Reach out directly for a brief initial consultation to help determine if scheduling an appointment with Dr. Barretti or a referral for other services currently seems like the best fit.
Intake Assessment Appointment
You’ll discuss what’s bringing you to seek services, your goals, life and behavioral health history
Collaborative Plan
Together, you’ll determine a plan and approach that works for your life, needs, and pace based on Dr. Barretti’s recommendations. This may include scheduling psychotherapy sessions with Dr. Barretti and/or referral(s).
Ongoing Support
Sessions are focused, collaborative, and practical. Between sessions, Dr. Barretti may share articles or videos that support and reinforce your work.
This approach is client-focused, efficient, direct, and consistent, as the person they contact is the same person guiding them through therapy.
Insurance FAQ
Dr. Barretti’s private practice is considered out-of-network. Questions about billing, fees, and payments are discussed directly with Dr. Barretti during your initial conversation so expectations are clear from the start.
